Ceintix General Conditions of Use

DEFINITIONS "Personal information" means the data you provided when registering; "Product": a product offered for sale on the website; "Countries served": mainland France, the European Union and the countries available for delivery indicated on our site; "We" means Ceintix, a company whose registered office is located at 2 Rue Galvani, Massy 91300; "Website": the website located at www.ceintix.com or any other URL that may replace it; "You": a user of this website.
USE OF THE WEBSITE 2.1 Access Access to this website is provided to you subject to these terms and all orders must be placed strictly in accordance with these terms. Our site is intended for use by persons residing in the Serviced Countries. We do not accept orders from other regions.

2.2 Registration 2.2.1 By registering, you warrant that: (a) the personal information provided is true, accurate, current and complete; (b) you will immediately notify us of any changes by writing to us at sales@ceintix.com . 2.2.2 You agree not to impersonate any third party or use false information.

2.3 Our rights We reserve the right to: (a) modify or withdraw all or any part of the Site without notice; (b) modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use the Site, you accept these changes.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS 3.1 Order 3.1.1 By ordering on our site, you declare:

have legal capacity;
be at least 18 years old;
reside in a country served. 3.1.2 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will acknowledge receipt by email and then confirm shipment. The contract is formed upon this confirmation. 3.1.3 An order may be refused if:
the product is unavailable;
payment is refused;
a pricing error is detected;
the eligibility criteria are not met. 3.1.4 For any questions, write to us at sales@ceintix.com .

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT 4.1 You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the Products. Refunds will be made in accordance with our policy. 4.2 You must notify us in writing and return the Products at your own expense. The Products must be returned in their original condition. 4.3 This right does not apply to personalized products unless they are defective.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 5.1 We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information. Prices will be confirmed in the dispatch email. 5.2 Colors may vary slightly in reality.
PRICES AND PAYMENT 6.1 Prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges. 6.2 Prices may change without affecting confirmed orders. 6.3 We secure payments but are not responsible for fraudulent use. 6.4 For deliveries outside the EU, duties and taxes may apply. You are responsible for their payment.
DELIVERY 7.1 We deliver within 5 working days in France, subject to availability. Please allow 4 additional working days for customizations. 7.2 Orders may be sent in multiple packages depending on availability. 7.3 For more information, see our Delivery page.
RETURN OF GOODS 8.1 You have 14 days to return the Products. A flat-rate handling fee may be deducted. 8.2 (a) If you return the product in accordance with the conditions, you will be fully refunded within 30 days. (b) In the event of a defect, we will notify you by email and reimburse all costs. 8.3 The refund will be made to the original payment method. 8.4 Personalized products are not refundable or exchangeable. 8.5 Exchanges are processed at no additional cost. Any price difference will be adjusted.

PRIVACY POLICY Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PROMOTIONS 11.1 Ceintix gift vouchers are valid online. 11.2 Not exchangeable for cash. 11.3 The balance can be used at a later date. 11.4 Not usable to settle an account. 11.5 The unique voucher code must be entered. 11.6 Damaged vouchers are invalid. 11.7 In case of return, a replacement voucher will be issued.
MULTIBUY OFFERS 12.1 Offers apply only to the products in question. 12.2 Cannot be combined with other promotions. 12.3 Additional fees are excluded from discounts. 12.4 If an item is returned, the overall discount will be recalculated. 12.5 Clearance items are excluded. 12.6 Limit three times the offer per order.
DISCOUNT VOUCHERS 13.1 Only one voucher per transaction. Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. 13.2 Cannot be combined. 13.3 Valid only on ceintix.com. 13.4 In the event of a return, the amount of the voucher will be deducted from the refund. 13.5 Not valid for alterations or shipping costs. 13.6 Not compatible with certain payment methods.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL 14.1 We are not liable for delays due to force majeure. 14.2 This includes, but is not limited to: (a) strikes, riots, wars; (b) natural disasters; (c) transport or telecommunications breakdowns; (d) governmental restrictions. 14.3 The time for performance is extended by the duration of the force majeure event.
GENERAL 15.1 The content of the Site is the property of Ceintix. 15.2 Any reproduction is prohibited without our permission. 15.3 By using the Site, you agree that communications will be electronic. 15.4 Notices may be sent to sales@ceintix.com or to our postal address. 15.5 The contract is binding on all parties. 15.6 If any clause is illegal, the others remain valid. 15.7 No waiver is implied. 15.8 The contract constitutes the entire agreement. 15.9 We may modify these conditions at any time. 15.10 These Conditions are governed by French law. The courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
