Return and Refund Policy

Free delivery

At Ceintix (a brand operated by HAVANDA LTD), delivery is free, with no minimum purchase. We deliver throughout Europe, as well as North and South America. Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days via Colissimo or an equivalent carrier, with home delivery or a Relay Point delivery in case of absence.

During busy periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Responsible packaging

Each belt is carefully packaged in a jute bag, a natural, recyclable, and biodegradable material. This choice is part of our commitment to more responsible fashion.

Order tracking

Returns & exchanges within 30 days

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.

Returns are free of charge for exchanges or voucher requests.
In the event of a refund request, a fixed fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Reimbursement will be made within 10 days maximum after receipt of the return, to the payment method used for the purchase.
