What types of belts do you offer?
We offer belts for men, women and children: automatic, adjustable, classic or reversible, always in quality leather.
What are the delivery times?
Our packages are delivered on average within 8 to 12 business days in Europe and America. You will receive a tracking link as soon as they are shipped.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is 100% free, with no minimum purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible via sales@ceintix.com.
How does the return work?
You have 30 days to return an item. Returns are free for an exchange or credit note. In case of a refund, €6.90 will be deducted.
What sizes are available?
Our belts are adjustable and cover the following sizes: 85-100 cm, 101-115 cm, and 116-130 cm.
Do you deliver on weekends?
No, our courier company does not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt of the return, to the payment method used for purchase.

Yes, all our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Please do not hesitate to contact us if necessary.
How do I care for my leather belt?
Clean it with a soft, dry cloth. You can also apply a colorless leather conditioner to extend its lifespan.
